MGXAI may utilize AI-assisted development tools from multiple providers in the creation and operation of its Services. This does not constitute an endorsement of, affiliation with, or dependency on any single AI provider. MGXAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with any AI platform provider, including but not limited to Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

MGXAI's AI Crawl Checker and origination evidence capture tools provide assessments based on publicly available signals at the time of analysis. Scores, grades, and confidence ratings are estimates and should not be treated as guarantees of AI platform behavior. AI platforms may change their crawling and indexing behavior at any time without notice.
MGXAI does not guarantee attribution integrity outcomes at any time. While our Attribution Integrity Infrastructure is designed to make attribution, commission, and payout decisions more accurate, auditable, and defensible, no system can guarantee perfect attribution across all AI-mediated journeys. Attribution accuracy depends on factors outside MGXAI's control, including AI platform behavior, browser privacy settings, network configurations, and third-party platform changes. Results may vary. MGXAI provides tools and infrastructure, not guaranteed outcomes.
MGXAI does not offer or imply any guarantee of earnings, revenue, commissions, or financial results. Success with attribution integrity tools depends on numerous factors, including but not limited to your business model, traffic volume, affiliate program structure, implementation quality, and market conditions. Any examples, case studies, or projections shared through our Services are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of similar results. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Always perform due diligence before making business or financial decisions based on attribution data.
MGXAI and affiliated entities may earn commissions through affiliate relationships. Any such relationships will be disclosed at the point of recommendation. MGXAI offers paid service tiers processed through Stripe. All payments are subject to Stripe's terms of service. By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing and terms associated with the selected tier at the time of purchase. Subscription services may be cancelled at any time through the provided account management channels. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. MGXAI does not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment instrument data. All payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).
MGXAI may provide Attribution Integrity Infrastructure services to creative agencies, affiliate agencies, adTech networks, and other professional partners. All agency and partner engagements are initiated upon mutual consent and governed by separate written agreements between MGXAI and the respective agency or partner. No agency or partner relationship is created through use of this website or its publicly available tools. Agency and partner services may include, but are not limited to, origination evidence capture, verifiable receipt generation, and attribution integrity reporting customized for the partner's specific use case.
Professionals engaged through agency or partner agreements are subject to the terms of their respective agreements in addition to this document.
MGXAI may provide specific assigned tracking capabilities for individual affiliate marketers. These tracking tools are intended for the affiliate marketer's own personal use in connection with their affiliate activities and are subject to the following conditions:

The MGXAI name, logo, and all associated brand assets are the property of MGXAI Attribution Integrity Holdings LLC. Any use of MGXAI brand assets must receive prior written approval. Unauthorized use or misuse of MGXAI brand assets is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action.
All content, code, branding, methodology, and intellectual property associated with MGXAI, including but not limited to the MGXAI name, the term "Attribution Integrity Infrastructure," the origination evidence capture methodology, the verifiable receipt framework, the AI Crawl Checker tool, and all documentation, blog content, and community resources, are the property of MGXAI Attribution Integrity Holdings LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without prior written consent. Proprietary information used in digital products and services may be copyrighted.
PATENT-PENDING NOTICE
The systems, methods, processes, and technologies underlying MGXAI's Attribution Integrity Infrastructure are patent-pending. This includes, but is not limited to, the methods and systems for: generating referral carriers; capturing origination evidence; canonicalizing identifiers; recording cryptographic commitments; reconciling outcomes; generating verifiable receipts for AI-mediated discovery; and providing privacy-preserving exports limited to permitted fields.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or creation of derivative works based on these patent-pending systems, methods, or processes is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable United States patent, copyright, and trade secret laws.
Trade Secrets: The algorithms, data structures, processing pipelines, confidence scoring methodologies, and architectural decisions underlying MGXAI's Attribution Integrity Infrastructure constitute trade secrets of MGXAI Attribution Integrity Holdings LLC. Users of the Services agree not to attempt to discover, derive, or reconstruct the underlying source code, algorithms, or methods through any means, including but not limited to reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, monitoring of network traffic, or analysis of input/output patterns.
Injunctive Relief: You acknowledge that any unauthorized use, disclosure, or misappropriation of MGXAI's patent-pending technology, trade secrets, or intellectual property would cause irreparable harm to MGXAI for which monetary damages alone would be an inadequate remedy. You therefore agree that MGXAI shall be entitled to seek immediate injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction, without the necessity of posting a bond or proving actual damages, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
Reservation of Rights: All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by MGXAI Attribution Integrity Holdings LLC. No license, right, or interest in any MGXAI trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise through your use of the Services.
MGXAI Services integrate with and rely upon third-party platforms, including but not limited to:
By using MGXAI Services that interact with these third-party platforms, you acknowledge that you are also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms. MGXAI does not control and is not responsible for the practices of third-party services. MGXAI does not claim ownership of the underlying AI systems provided by third parties.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MGXAI Attribution Integrity Holdings LLC, MGXAI Attribution Integrity LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, partners, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or in any way related to: (a) your violation of these Terms of Service; (b) your use or misuse of MGXAI Services; (c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; or (d) any content or data you submit to or through the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MGXAI Attribution Integrity Holdings LLC and MGXAI Attribution Integrity LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (c) any content obtained from the Services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to MGXAI in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
MGXAI Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MGXAI does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. MGXAI does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Services, including AI-generated outputs, crawlability scores, or attribution assessments.
MGXAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that MGXAI believes violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to the business interests of MGXAI or any third party. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to indemnification, limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution, shall survive.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in the State of Florida. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimers set forth in this document, constitute the entire agreement between you and MGXAI regarding the use of the Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and MGXAI with respect to the Services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Michigan for the resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration.
MGXAI Attribution Integrity Holdings LLC, MGXAI Attribution Integrity LLC, and authorized administrators reserve the right to update these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimers at any time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes via email or service notification. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

MGXAI deploys the Sienna Accessibility Widget, an open-source, client-side accessibility tool that gives visitors control over text scaling, color contrast, motion reduction, and keyboard focus visibility. This widget helps satisfy presentation-layer accessibility requirements under WCAG.
Data Practices: The Sienna widget operates entirely within the visitor's browser. It does not collect, transmit, or store personal data. It does not deploy cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting techniques. No visitor information is sent to Sienna, MGXAI, or any third party through this widget.
Script Delivery: The widget is loaded via the jsDelivr content delivery network (cdn.jsdelivr.net). jsDelivr is an open-source CDN that serves the script file; standard HTTP request logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) may be processed by jsDelivr under their own privacy policy. No additional external connections are initiated by the widget.
Scope: This widget provides visitor-facing preference controls. It does not modify underlying source code or substitute for structural WCAG compliance, which MGXAI addresses separately through semantic HTML, proper heading hierarchy, alt text, ARIA labeling, and keyboard navigation built into the site itself.
